Giana & David’s Jungle Disco Daydream

When Giana & David first came to us, their wedding looked completely different from what it turned out to be. Originally at a traditional venue in Center City, Covid caused us to pivot the wedding plan to what they had always wanted deep down - a backyard wedding at their home.

They chose to keep the ceremony a smaller affair in order to be able to have it at one of their (and our) favorite places - Bespoke Home + Life. After getting ready at the local salon her grandma owns, Giana headed over to Bespoke for her first look with David. After Their stunning couple’s portrait session and their epic wedding party photos, they hosted their wedding ceremony for 30 of their closest family and friends.

After the vows, it was time to move to the reception to see one of the best transformations of all time. We transformed their ordinary backyard into a luxe, glam, moody, disco ball dream. The couple made sure to incorporate their love of the color black with impactful touches such as black ghost chairs and tablescapes full of black candles. To complete the transformation, we brought in some epic furniture lounges from Allaire Rentals, added unique touches like a disco ball seating chart from Creamery Hill and a custom round bar from Rysa Events, and an impressive greenery install from Petal & Poppy Co.

In addition to the decor, we wanted to make sure G&D’s wedding experience was as unique and bold as the wedding’s aesthetic. Guests enjoyed food sandwich truck at the end of the night. When guests weren’t dancing on the packed dance floor (thanks to the DJ’s accompanying sax player) guests could go in the 360 photo booth or leave an audio guest book message on a pink rotary phone from After the Tone. And of course, the main hit of the night was the champagne gun provided and enjoyed by the groom.
